• are an employee of a company that does business with our company
• are an employee of our company

Data processed by an employee of a company that does business with our company are

• Name, position, name and address details of the company, and business email address and telephone number

Purpose: We use this data to maintain our customer base, to contact or maintain you and for the conclusion and execution of agreements.

Data processed by an employee of our company

• all necessary data (see checklist in service/out-of-service) that are required for the correct administrative processing (such as financial-personnel-pension- calamities- company doctor-confidential advisor)
• all necessary other information in connection with your position (valid certificates, diplomas, driving licences, identity documents in connection with journeys abroad and identification obligation at destinations in the Netherlands)

Purpose: We use this data to maintain our workforce, to comply with legal regulations, to contact you, to conclude and execute agreements, or in case of emergency with your loved ones and to carry out the work that the various authorities need to do business for you in connection with the services they provide to us, such as salary processing, pension processing, trainers, etc.

We process, among other things, vehicle numbers, GPS location determination, time registrations, name and / or personnel number

Purpose: We use this data for adequate planning work and for monitoring consumption of the vehicles for environmental improvement.

In all these cases, you must request this in writing. We will handle all requests. We aim to process these requests within two months. We are not obliged to comply with your request in all cases. If this is the case, we will explain this to you.

We keep your personal data during our agreement with you or for as long as the data is necessary for the purposes. Personal data will be stored for at least 7 years after termination of the agreement.

We provide organizational and technical measures to protect your personal data.

Should a data breach occur, it will be registered in the form of an RTV, after which immediate action will take place. It will be examined, in consultation with the processing party, whether this is a case of a serious data breach. If this is the case, a report will be made to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
